刘少奇管理思想的探讨

Review of Liu Shaoqi's Administrative Concepts

本文比较系统地探讨了刘少奇的管理思想。作者认为,刘少奇的管理思想包括三个方面:(一)关于国民经济管理方面;(二)关于农业经济管理方面;(三)关于林业管理方面。作者认为,刘少奇同志在六十年代提出的许多管理思想和主张,是我国社会主义经济建设实践经验的科学总结,对今天我们解决经济体制改革中某些问题仍然有较大的指导意义。

Liu Shaoqi,former Chairman of the People's Republic of China,was the authorof a series of administrative concepts.The author of the present article noted thatthese concepts cover1.Administration of the national economy;2.That of agricultural economy;and3.That of forestry.He holds that the concepts and propositions raised by Comrade Liu Shaoqiin the1960's on economic administration constitute a scientific summary of the practice inChina's socialist economic reconstruction and are of highly instructive value to thesolution of some problems in the present reforms in China's economic system.
