Papers Read at Sino-Japanese Forum for Exchange of Economic Knowledge

1987年4月11日在日本石川县和金泽市召开了一年一度的中日经济知识交流会。国务院经济技术社会发展研究中心总干事马洪、副总干事孙尚清、国家计划委员会副主任房维中等参加了会议。在此次讨论会上,中日双方代表就当前的国际形势问题、产业结构调整问题、中日经济技术合作问题、中国的经济形势问题、体制改革问题、对外开放问题等进行了广泛的交流和对话。为了使读者了解上述问题,我们将年会的论文全部刊登于本刊,供读者学习、研究参考。

Under this title We publish all the papers read at the annual session of Sino-Japanese Forum of Exchange of Economic Knowledge held on April 11, 1987 inKanazawa, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan. Chinese attendents to the forum includedMa Hong, General Secretary, and Sun Shangqing, Deputy General Secretary of StateCouncil Research Centre on Economic, Technological and Social Development andFang Weizhong, Vice-Chairman, National Planning Commission. Comprehensive exchanges and dialogues were made at the session by delegatesfrom both countries on current international situation, adjustments in the industrialstructure, Sino-Japanese technological cooperation, economic situation in China, Chi-na' s reforms in her institutions and her open-door policy.
