红细胞膜特性是红细胞发挥正常功能的基础。运动对红细胞膜的影响是多方面的,如膜的变形性、抗氧化能力、转运功能及能量代谢等。不同运动形式对红细胞膜的影响也有差异。笔者对此方面的研究状况进行了综述。

To maintain the proper functional situation of RBC greatly rely on the excellent structure and function of RBCM . Sports can lead to many-faceted changes of RBCM. Such as the ability of antioxidation, function of transport, energy metabolism etc. Effect on RBCM from different styles of sports is different. This article summarizes the researching result on what we mentioned above.
