摘要
采用芬兰的MuscleTesterME3000P8肌电图仪和MegaWin软件系统,让受试者在振动和非振动条件下,分别以动力性和静力性两种不同方式的进行屈肘练习,练习时施加不同的负荷,通过对受试者的肱二头肌、屈腕肌和对抗肌肱三头肌、伸腕肌的肌电图测试。结果表明,当负荷与肌肉收缩的方式相同时,振动条件下主动肌的肌电IEMG/s值都比非振动时大,而动力性收缩时,振动轻负荷与非振动重负荷时IEMG/s值相差不大。这说明,在振动条件下进行力量训练,能够募集更多的运动单位参与收缩,提高肌肉的兴奋水平。
The changes of elbow joint muscles SEMG are investigated, in the experiment, Muscle Tester ME 3000P8(Finland) and Megawin software are used. The subjects′ elbow joint flexor contract dynamically or statically, with or without vibration, the load are different (high or low), elbow joint muscles SEMG are recorded simultaneously. The EMG spectral analysis indicates that the value of flexor EMG/s is higher when vibration is applied; the differences of EMG/s are not significant, while the flexor do dynamic contraction with low-load and vibration, comparing with that of high-loaded static contraction without vibration. The analysis implied, in order to develop power, exercise under the condition of vibration can improve the synchronization of motor unit.
