A Survey on the Standard Model for the Disintegration of Ownership from the Relevant Managerial Power

本文拟从一般意义上考察人类历史上所有权与经营权结构的几种模式,在此基础上,探讨我国全民所有制实行所有权与经营权分离模式的规范及其基本特征。

With the problem of ownership taken as the chief concern in our survey different patterns of disintegration(or integration)of ownership and the relevant managerial power have been found to be in existence in China's history. They can be categorized into the following three modgls: the independent proprietorship model, the alien proprietorship model and the common proprietorship model. Disintegration of socialist ownership from the relevant managerial power can only be effected in the light of common proprietorship.
