摘要
为了促进企业增产节约和挖潜改造,本文提出“企业全面挖潜考核分析法”。这个方法运用的主要指标是挖潜能力总工时。该指标的制定、考核与分析过程为:(一)平衡生产任务工作量与现有工时能力; (二)编制挖潜工时计划,(三)编制增产计划;(四)检查挖潜能力总工时的利用情况;(五)考核与分析。作者结合具体的实例,说明了“企业全面挖潜考核分析法”的应用。
The author of the present article, bearing in mind the drive for higher pro-ductivity and lower cost and the associated program aimed at tapping all the poten-tialities of the enterprises and reforming them, proposes a system by which research-ers could measure the specific extent to which an enterprise's potentialities are tapped.The system adopts the total man-hours saved as the main indicator, which is to beformulated, tested and analysed in a process that includes: 1. Balancing between thelabour needed for the fulfilment of a production quota and the man-hour resourcesavailable; 2. Formulation of a plan for the total man-hours to be saved; 3. Formula-tion of the plan for higher output; 4. Examiniation over the use of the man-hourssaved; and 5. Tests and analysis. The author sites specific cases to show how hissystem is applied.
