Regulations by Which the Party Exercises Its Leadership:How They Help to improve That Leadership Itself

作者认为,党的领导制度对于党能否实行正确领导关系极大,但在我党历史上却多次出现忽视领导制度甚至破坏领导制度的现象。因此,从理论上研究党的领导制度问题是非常重要和必要的。本文以党的领导制度与党的领导关系为主题,从理论上探讨了什么是党的领导制度,党的领导制度对于党实行正确领导的作用,健全党的领导制度与改善党的领导的关系等问题。

Regulations by which the Communist Party of China exercises its leadership,notes the author of the present article, are of high portance, but there have been cases inthe history of the Party of disregard of or even damage to such regulations. Theoreticalstudy of such regulations should therefore be emphasized. Focusing on the interrela-tion between such regulations and the Party's leading role itself, he makes theoreti-cal explorations on such subjects as the definition of such regulation, their role in thecorrect exercise of the Party's leadership and the interrelation between the necessaryamplification of regulations and the improvement of that leadership.
