人类社会的发展经历了几个不同的经济时期。一定社会经济形态的发展,又可以经历不同的发展时期或阶段。从客观实际出发,科学划分社会主义社会的发展阶段,正确把握社会主义不同发展阶段的基本特征,是为实现社会主义历史任务而作出正确的战略抉择的基础。

a) The structure of ownership at the elementary stage of socialism is characterized by the coexistence of diverse forms of ownership and diverse economic components9 with state ownership as the leading factor. b) The regulatory mechanism of the ecomomy is a combination of planned regulatory mechanism and market regulatory mechanism with the latter playing the leading role. c) The composition of benefits is characterized by the diversity of strata and composition with regard to the recipients of the benefits; the guideline for benefit distribution is to take into account both the principle of distribution according to work and other related principles; the mode of benefit distribution is a combination of market-sharing and non-market-sharing.
