摘要
本文从四个方面论述了企业动力机制问题:(一)国企利益分离的基本思路和目标模式。主要探讨国企利益分离的基本问题、内容、模式和落脚点;(二)对现行企业改革的比较分析。主要对经营承包责任制、二步利改税、租赁制、资产经营责任制的特点、问题、实施条件等进行了比较分析。作者认为,目前企业推行的几种两权分离模式,理论依据不足,普遍推广困难,然而,从国企利益分离的角度深入研究,或许能为企业改革提供一种新的思路。
The organism of enterprise dynamic force is dealt with in the present articlealong the following lines:1.The general idea of and the target model for the separation of the en-terprises from the government bodies, including the general features, content, mo-del and specific targets of such separation; and2.Experimental study of the organism of the enterprise. China is now following several models in her drive for the separation of po-litical power from enterprise administration. These models, according to the co--authors, lack sound theoretic basis and thus are bardly feasible on a full scale.Deep-going researches on the separation in the distribution of benefits could, ho-wever, result in the finding of a new road for further reforms.
