Administration over the Handling of Risks in Chinese Enterprises

本文从企业面临的风险出发,论述了企业负险管理的必要,目标,步骤和对策,认为主动地认识风险,积极地评估风险,有效地管理风险,把风险减至最小的程度,是提高企业现代化管理水平、取得较好社会经济效益的重要环节。

Proceeding from a review of the risks confronting the enterprises, the co-au-thors of the present article give a comprehensive analysis of the need for effectiveadministration over the handling of risks and the target and methods of and app-ropriate measures for such administration. They emphasize that to study andassess the risks and effectively to tackle them so as to keep them at the minimumshould be recognized as a key link in the efforts to bring about better modernadministration and to gain higher social and economic benefits.
