分享经济的比较与思考

Comparative Study of Share Economy

本文从比较研究的角度,分析和探讨了东西方分享经济的特点、内容和作用,并对社会主义国家分享经济的基本情况进行了比较研究。在此基础上,作者提出:(1)以分享经济为主要内容的改革并不能有效解决社会主义经济中效率低下的问题;(2)在实行分享经济时,一是力求在企业层次上形成合理分割利益的经济制约关系,二是国家应当严格控制个人分享比例;(3)不能完全否定利益分享,但应将其放在适当的地位,不能寄托希望太大。

By comparative means Mr. Qiao Renyi, author of the present discourse, ana-lyses the share economy as it is in the East and that in the west, focusing hisattention on their respective pecularities, content and functions, and he emphasizes?he difference in this field among the socialist countries. He proceeds to pointout:1.Such reforms involving share economy as their main content could not beexpected effectively to raise the efficiency of socialist economy;2.The introduction of share economy calls for the establishment of regulatingrelations guaranteeing the rational division of benefits in each enterprise and alsofor strict state control on the proportion taken by the individuals; and3.The sharing of benefits is necessary, but no over optimistic hopes shouldplaced on it.
