试论文艺管理学的几个问题

Problems in the Science ofLiterary and Art Administration

文艺管理是自古至今存在的客观社会现象,尤其是在社会主义制度下,文艺管理科学与否决定着文艺事业的兴衰盛亡,无可置疑,文艺管理是一门值得深入研究的学问。作为动态系统的社会主义文艺管理的特殊矛盾所规定的质就是文艺管理学的研究对象。文艺管理学研究的内容有文艺管理原则、文艺目标管理系统、文艺管理过程、文艺管理内容、文艺管理方法、文艺管理体制、文艺管理机构和管理干部。文艺管理学与文艺学、现代管理学既有区别又有联系,研究它必须以马克思主义哲学方法为指导,运用系统方法、信息方法、反馈方法和一些具体的研究方法。

The study of administration over literature and art is, beyond any doubt,a science of academic value in as much as such administration has always been anobjective social phenomenon and particularly because the presence of scientificadministration decides the survival and prosperity of socialist literature and art.The author of the present article points out that this science has as its object thespecific qualities decided by the particular contradictions confronted by the dyna-mic system in the form of socialist administration in this field. It covers, accor-ding to the author, the principles, target control system, process, content, me-thod, institutions, orgainizations and personnel of such administration. Differentfrom but associated with the study of literature and art, the science depends on Marxist philosophical methodology for guidance and also on such means as syste-matization, information, feedback and other specific methods.
