摘要
人们对欧洲经济共同体和经互会比较熟悉,然而对欧洲另一个经济组织——欧洲自由贸易联盟知之不多。欧洲自由贸易联盟诞生二十七年了,它对国际事务的影响虽不如共同体和经互会,但是作为一个经济和贸易实体,仍具有不可忽视的经济、政治作用。本文拟就自由贸易联盟的有关问题做些探讨。
Federal Germany's Social Democratic Party ispresently at a low tide for the following reasons:(1)the fractional disputeswithin the Party have deteriorated;(2)with the labour movement at a low tide,trade unions as the Party's“allies”,have been relatively weakened;(3)the Par-ty lacks a strong leading body;and(4)the Party's domestic and external poli-cies are not able to meet the requirements of the changing situation.In order tostage a come-back,the Social Democratic Party have started to make the necessa-ry readjustments,but to restore its“heyday”,there is still a long and difficultway to go.
