The outcome of the recent general election in Federal Germany is,on the one hand,a definite affirmation of the governing coalition and,on the other,an expression of the support to the small parties.The general election reflected the desires of the majority of the constituents.After the ele- ction,the continuity and stability of the federal government's internal and external policies will be kept and there will not be any major changes in these policies.
