改革联合劳动的组合方式,并非“开放劳动力市场”

摘要 本文认为,发展社会主义商品经济,需要改革僵化的劳动制度,使企业和职工都能互相选择,特别要促进劳动力的合理流动,进而改革联合劳动的组合方式,但这并不等于“开放劳动力市场”。作者详细分析了在生产资料公有制条件下,劳动力不是商品的客观原因,并指出劳动力这一生产要素非商品化是社会主义商品经济与资本主义商品经济的根本区别。最后,作者分析了劳动力市场与劳务市场的区别,认为应该发展我国的劳务市场。 While the inflexible labour system should be reformed so that both the enter-prises and the employees could enjoy free choice and that the socialist commodity eco-nomy could be further developed, notes the author of the present exposition, suchreform should not be confused with the open labour market, despite the reform'semphasis on the rational interflow of labour forces and the change in the organiza-tional model of labour. He gives a sophiscated analysis of the background reason whylabour should not be understood as a commodity under the public ownership of themeans of production, noting that the non-commodity nature of labour is a funda-mental feature distinguishing the commodity economy under socialism from that undercapitalism. The author concludes his article by stressing on the difference betweenlabour market and service market, calling for the promotion of the latter in China.
