本文从历史发展的角度,研究我国当前经济社会发展的若干重大问题,主要内容包括:(一)对当前我国经济发展的阶段特性的几种理论分析;(二)“双重模式转化论”对我们的启发以及深化认识的必要;(三)“常态样式”的意义及其局限;(四)“以结构变革为中心的新成长阶段论”述评;(五)“二元经济”的发展理论;(六)“:二元经济”理论与中国当前的经济发展;(七)二元经济的发展与体制改革的必要性;(八)掌握劳动力转移速度和方向;(九)把提高经济效益放到经济工作的首位;(十)正确处理建设、改革同人民生活之间的关系;(十一)地区发展战略;(十二)对外经济关系与二元经济的转化;(十三)适应二元经济转化要求的改革战略。
