摘要
文章将当前工资改革实践中的九种方案归纳为货币体采和实物量体系两大部类,并进行详细的评述。作者认为,货币体系的分配方案不可避免地要受价值运动与物质运动相矛盾的影响,以及价格背离价值的影响,而工资与实物量挂钩则有利于体现对等量劳动消耗付予等量报酬的原则,又能根据不同企业、不同产品选定适合的挂钩标准和挂钩方案。
Grouping the nine proposed programs for wage scale reforms in China into a monetary sy-stem and an in-kind system,the co-authors of this article make a careful analysis of them,con-tending that the distribution programs of the former system are bound to be subject to theinfluence of the contradictiory aspect of the relations between the movement of value and thatof matter and the influence of the deviation of prices from values and that the combinationof wage scales with in-kind standards falls in line with the principle of equal reward for equallabour consumed and provides the conditions for drawing various standards and programsembodying such combination for different types of enterprises and different commodities.
