八六年十月四日,当代社会学丛书编辑委员会和现代人丛书编辑委员会同现代人报一起,在北京科学会堂举行政治体制改革学术讨论会,一些知名的专家、学者、教授与会。先后发雷的有田森、杨献珍、雷洁琼、吴象、梁漱溟、诸葛仁、马沛文、高放、严家其、于浩成、潘培新、赵范等。国际友人柯鲁克也讲了话,受到大家的热烈欢迎。会议由田森教授主持。这里我们征得丛书编委会的同意,选登吴象、田森、严家其的三篇发雷,以饗读者。

A symposium on the reform of China's political system was held on October 4,1986 in Bei-jing Hall of Sciences under the cosponsorship of the editorial board of Current Sociology seriesand that of Modern People series.A number of specialists,scholars and professors attended thesymposium charied by Professor Tian Sen.The speakers included Tian Sen,Yang Xianzhen,LeiJieqiong,Wu Xiang,Liang Shuming,Zhuge Ren,Ma Peiwen,Gao Fang,Yah Jiaqi,Yu Haocheng,PanPeixin and Zhao Fan.David Crook's speech was cordially appreciated.Here we print,by thepermission of the above-mentioned co-sponsors,the speeches by Wu Xiang,Tian Sen and Yah Jia-Ii.
