This author is of the opinion that West European Monetary Union should be a stereoscopic and multi-level type. He also points out that coordination of extensive and diversified economic policies must be called for if efficiency in this union is expected. The author also puts forward his own suggestion concerning what kind of alliance West European Monetary Union will develop into.
