我国棒球击球技术落后原因的分析

A Technical Analysis of Chinese Baseball Batters

为了探讨我国棒球击球存在的问题,我们采用高速摄影和电测加速度法等运动生物力学测试手段,对我国部分优秀棒球击球员的挥击动作进行了测试和初步分析。测试结果表明,我国已有部分优秀运动员基本具备了打击现代最高球速投球的能力。但这种能力在比赛中没有正常发挥出来。表现为完成挥棒动作的时间长,用于判断球的时间较短,棒触点掌握不好,身体重心前移过早,挥棒过程中不是在最高速度时击中球。根据实验结果,提出了几条训练建议,几年来在某些省队的训练实验中得到了初步验证。

The purpose of this study is to find out the trouble with Chinese batters in baseball and to provide a scientific basis for improving their performance.Elite batters were examined with a high speed cinematography and an accelerometer system.The results of the test show that the batters do have the ability to handle the fastest pitches, but they often fail to bring their ability into full play in competitions. They do not hit the ball when the speed of the bat swing is at its highest, the main problem being that they take too much time to complete the bat swing and have too little time left for judging the oncoming pitch. Leaning forward too early, they hit the ball in a hurry and seldom manage to thrive on good wood. Bearing in mind these problems, the authors have put forward some suggestions for improving batting techniques.
