中学体育教研组的群体特征与管理效能

摘要 本文通过大量的资料分析、二轮问卷共710人次的调查和二次实地考察等研究万法。对我国30个城市共305个中学体育教研组各方面情况进行了广泛的考察和调研,从社会心理学的角度,分析和研究了体育教研组的群体特征与管理效能。在此基础上,将调查的305个中学体育教研组,按14个评定指标进行了聚类分析,并用闵可夫斯基距离公式,建立了判别体育教研组类型的三个数学模型,为学校领导及体育教师科学地评价和衡量体育组工作,加强体育教研组的建设和管理提供了理论依据。 On the basis of large amounts of data obtained from an extensive survey and on-the-spot investigations involving an aggregate of 710 persons, a socio-psychological study was made on the group characteristics and management efficiency of 305 secondary school PE teaching groups in 30 cities. These groups were evaluated and classified according to 14 indices, and with Minkowski's distant formula three mathematical models were established for identifying the type of a given PE teaching group. These models may provide a theoretical basis for the school authorities and PE teachers to evaluate the work of their teaching groups in a scientific way and to improve the building and management of these groups.
