摘要 运动负荷模型是各种训练控制模型建模中最困难的一种。目前国内外所采用的方法多停留在一般统计学方法的范围内,而且只能对具有定量功率指标的周期性项目进行建模,指标也较单一,“级差法”是笔者经多年研究设计的一种简易的、多指标综合的建模方法。这种方法采用脉搏这一内部生理负荷指标和“等差级数”的简易计算方法,将内部与外部负荷,负荷量、负荷强度与总负荷等各种负荷指标综合在一起进行建模。既适合于周期性项目建模,也适合于非周期性项目建模;既可建立静态分级负荷模型,也可建立动态负荷模式。具有明显的科学性、实用性和整体性。 Establishing a workload model for sports training is a most difficult job and whether in China or any other country only ordinary statistical methods have been used to tackle it. With these methods a model can be established only for cyclic events vvith quantitative power indices.The'differential method' is a simple way of building workloads evolved by the author of this paper through years of effort. Using heart beats as an index lor internal physiological workload and by applying the simple method of progression for calculation, it enables us to build a model by integrating various workload indices, including the internal and external workloads, the quantity and intensity of workloads, and the total workload. This method can be applied to noncyclic as well as cyclic events, and can be used to build dynamic as well as static workload models. It is a comprehensive, scientific method of practical value.
