摘要
目的 研究马鹿茸是否有性激素样作用。方法 以大、小白鼠用药前、后前列腺精囊重量法探讨马鹿茸雄激素样作用;用小白鼠阴道涂片法和蟾蜍排精及雌家兔妊娠试验,探讨马鹿茸雌激素样作用。结果 雄性大白鼠和小白鼠用马鹿茸细粉灌胃,其前列腺和精囊腺重量均显著高于对照组。雌性小白鼠用马鹿茸粉灌胃后,其阴道涂片角化细胞和上皮细胞显著增多,表现出明显的性周期;蟾蜍胸淋巴囊注射马鹿茸提取物后排精明显增加,灌胃马鹿茸细粉的雌家兔卵巢明显肥厚,且卵巢出现血斑数随马鹿茸剂量增加而增多。结论 本试验表明马鹿茸有性激素样作用。
ObjectiveTesting and confirming gonadotropic effect of Cervus celaphus Linnaeus velvet antler.MethodThe androgen-like effect of wapiti velvet anther was tested by the weight change of prostate and seminal vesicle in male rats and mice taking medicine and not that. Using burn in mice,excretory sperm in toad and rabbit gestation, the estrogen-like effect of wapiti velvet antler was tested and verified.ResultComparing with constrast groups,tested groups pouring medicine into stomach in male rats and mice have effect obviously.By burn tests cutin cells and epithelial cells increase remarkably, sexual period in female rats and mice is regular clearly .After bosom bag lyinphocyte in toad was injected by extract of wapiti velvet antler ,the number of toad excretory sperm enhance evidently.The rabbit ovary in pouring medicine into its stomach is plump ,and the number of the rabbit ovary bloodstain raises with the increase of medicine dose.ConclusionThe test proved that wapiti velvet antler possesses gonadotripic effect.
