α-萘乙酸浓度对金银花嫩枝扦插成活率的影响

The Effect of NAA Concentration on the Survival Rate of Lonicera Japonica Thunb.by Twig Cuttage

用不同浓度的α-萘乙酸溶液对金银花扦插嫩枝底部浸泡处理并进行盆栽扦插育苗试验。结果表明:插穗经25mg/kg、50mg/kg、75mg/kg、100mg/kgα-萘乙酸溶液浸泡,成活率分别为45.8%、66.7%、75%、58.3%,均高于清水对照;当浓度超过125mg/kg时,反而抑制金银花成活;以50～75mg/kg浓度处理插穗效果最好。

By inserting Lonicera japonica Thunb.twig cuttage in a series of different concentnations of NAA solution experiments.We have obtained the following results:the survival rate of seedling is improvement greatly when it was treated with 25,50,75,100mg/kg NAA solution.It will refrain the seeding surviving when its conentration attained 125mg/kg.It is the best when seedling was treated with 75mg/kg NAA solution.
