对外贸易体制改革,是我国经济体制改革的一个组成部分.党的十一届三中全会以来,随着经济体制的逐步改革,对外贸易体制也进行了改革试点,并且取得了初步成果.外贸体制改革试点,对于贯彻执行对外开放政策,扩大对外经济技术交流,发展进出口贸易,起了积极的作用.赵紫阳总理曾经指出:"

The structural reform of China's foreign trade is an integral part of China's economy as a whole. The experiment of restructuring of foreign trade plays a positive role in the implementation of the policy of opening to the outside world and enlarging economic and technological exchanges with foreign countries.In carrying out the foreign trade structural reform completely and systematically, the following ideas are put forward for exploration: 1. Reform should be undertaken to the benefit of foreign trade expansion;2. Reform should be beneficial to dealing with foreigners in a coordinated and unified way;3. Reform should be able to coordinate the interests of all parties involved;4. Further specialization in management should be practised with the carrying out of the reform;5. To realize stepwise the separation between administration and enterprise, and the separation between administrative supervision and management of enterprises.
