抓好出口贸易的经营管理

Ensure Good Management of Export Trade

赵紫阳总理在六届全国人大第一次会议的工作报告中指出,不论调整也好,整顿也好,技术改造也好,体制改革也好,都必须以提高社会经济效益,增加国家财政收入为目标.因此,我们经贸企业的整顿一定要把提高经济效益,改进经营管理,特别是出口贸易的经营管理当作重点来抓.当然,其它各项工作也很重要,也必须抓紧.一、如何明确经营指导思想的问题经营和管理,是一件事,但严格讲来又不是一件事.经营是指制定方针政策。

The author touches on three points concerning the consolidation of economic and forelgn trade enterprises: 1. Guidelines for management: Our work of foreign economic relations and trade is to serve the national economic construction and the implementation of our foreign policies. It is not purely aimed at seeking profits, still less at meeting the needs of certain departments, districts or enterprises only; 2. Methods of operation: Different sales promotion methods should be adopted to suit the special features of different commodities. It is a generally effective way to entrust our distribution work to sales agents abroad; 3. On the issue of management, every effort should be made to consolidate enterprises conscientiously and to lay down an effective system of economic responsibility in order to have an enormous change in the foreign trade export departments and their affiliated organizations to adapt to the demands of modern international trade.
