八十年代伊始,西欧地区就爆发了一次周期性的经济危机,迄今危机仍在发展、深化。这次危机同七十年代中期危机相比有些什么不同特点,八十年代西欧经济的发展前景如何,西欧经济形势对本地区的政局和内外经济关系产生了什么样的影响等等,这些都是当前国际舆论十分重视的问题。本文拟就上述问题进行探讨。一、八十年代初西欧经济危机的特点一次周期性的经济危机。
The author compares economic crisis of the early 1980's with that of the mid-1970's. In his judgement, Western Europe may be doomed to a chronic stagflation throughout the eighties and may even turn out to be vulnerable to a new economic crisis late in the decade. He. then examines the far-reaching impact thereby on the political situation, economi(?) integration process and external economic relations of Western Europe, and points out lastly that the recipes prescribed by Western European Governm(?)nts for the (?)urrent economic diseases have so far produced little effect.
