试论社会主义对外贸易的地位和作用问题

On the Position and Role of Socialist Foreign Trade.

党的十一届三中全会所确定的路线和对外开放的经济政策,为我国的对外经济关系开创了一个新的局面。实践的发展要求我们对社会主义对外贸易的地位和作用问题,在理论上进行新的探讨。本文试图在这方面作一次初步的尝试,对列宁、斯大林领导时期的苏联以及我国建国以来长期流行的某些观点,重新进行评价,以期引起进一步的争论,并对50年代东欧国家学术界有关的讨论情况,作一扼要的介绍,以供研究这一问题时的参考。

The political line and open-door economic policy determined by the Third Plenary Session of the Party's 11th Central Committee has initiated a new phase in China's economic relations with foreign countries. The trend of events necessitates new theoretical explorations in the position and role of socialist foreign trade. This article- a preliminary endeavor in this direction-re-evaluates some of the viewpoints prevalent in the Soviet Union under Lenin and Stalin and in China since the founding of the People's Republic, and is intended to elicit further debate. The article also provides as reference a brief introduction to relevant discussions in academic circles in the Eastern European countries in the 1950s.
