摘要
活大猪,是我国出口收汇的大宗骨干商品之一。这些年来,在各地党政、有关畜牧科研部门的帮助下,和外贸部门全体职工的共同努力,先后在河南、湖南、湖北、浙江、江西、广西六个省(区)的47个县84个国营农场重建、新建了供港活猪生产基地,每年完成了均衡供货计划,稳定地占领了港、澳活猪市场。
Over recent years, production bases for supplying Hongkong with live pigs were established or rebuilt on some 84 state farms which are situated in 47 counties of 6 provinces or autonomous regions. Thanks to their excellent work on improving pig breeds and popularizing scientific methods of pig raising, these bases have put on a new look in exporting live pigs to Hongkong. The plans for regular and proportionated delivery were fulfilled every year, which enabled them to take a lion's share of the live pig markets of Hongkong and Macao and to earn foreign exchange and win honour for the country.
