1982年上半年我国对外贸易进出口总值为人民币367.7亿元,比1981年同期增长2.8％,净增10亿元。其中:出口总值为193.7亿元,比去年同期增长22.9％,净增36.2亿元,出口所占比重由去年的44.0％上升为今年的52.6％;进口总值为174.0亿元,比去年同期减少13.1％,净减26.1亿元,进口总值所占比重由去年的55.9％下降到今年的47.3％。今年上半年,出口总值大于进口总值,顺差人民币19.7亿元。

The total volume of China's import and export in the first half of 1982 amounted to RMB 36.77 billion yuan, an increase of 2.8％ over the same period of last year, of which China's export was RMB 19.37 billion yuan, an increase of 22.9％, while her import RMB 17.40 billion yuan, a decrease of 13.1％.The structure of the import and export commodities has shown the following changes: the share of industrial manufactures in China's export total has increased from 51％ in the first half of 1981 to 54％ in the first half of 1982. At the same time the proportion of the primary product exports has declined from 48％ to 45％. China's import of industrial manufactures makes up 58％ of her total import instead of 61％ in the first half of 1981, while her import of primary products has grown from 38％ of her total import to 41％.In the first half of 1982, a substantial portion of China's foreign trade was carried out with 25 countries and regions, which amounted to RMB 16.84 billion yuan, accounting for 87％ of her total import and export turnover. Her exports to these countries and regions totaled RMB 8.8 billion yuan, accounting for 88.2％ of her total export, while her imports from them, which amounted to RMB 8.03 billion yuan, accounted for 85.6％ of her total import.
