工业化进程中村民自治变迁的经济学分析——以广州市为例

An Economic Analysis on Evolution of Villagers' Autonomous Governance in a Background of Industrialization

本文把普遍存在于珠三角地域的社区型股份合作企业发展 ,作为观察村民自治历史变迁的视角 ,通过对村民自治功能的讨论 ,从中揭示广州市村民自治存在的合理性 ;指出村民自治组织与社区型股份合作制企业正逐步走向融合 ,而且这种融合将直接影响村民自治的未来走向 ,以及城市化进程中国家在乡村社会治理上的制度安排。

This article,taking Guangzhou and its surroundings as an observing target,observes the fluxes of villagers' autonomous governance - the vigorous development of joined-venture cooperative corporations in community models. Through analysis on the functions of villagers' autonomous governance,the article reveals the reasonability of appearance and existence of villagers' autonomy. The author also points out that the autonomous organizations of the villagers are merging into joined-venture cooperative corporations in community models. Such merging will influence not only the future trend of villagers' autonomous governance,but also the government's policy arrangement on management of non-urban area
