激光微束的高斯能量分布与细胞损伤直径之间的关系

摘要 本文论述激光微束照射细胞的损伤点直径和聚焦光斑上能量密度的测试方法。用JWS-l型激光微光束仪在100倍和40倍显微物镜下,对人体红血球细胞进行照射,其最小穿孔直径分别等于0.8微米和1.5微米。分析和讨论了细胞的损伤点直径、穿孔直径和激光微束束腰直径之间的高斯几何学关系。认为用中性滤光片衰减激光能量的方法,激光微束直径并不改变,但可得到:细胞穿孔直径~细胞损伤直径~激光微束束腰直径。 The measuring methods for the diameter of cell damage spot caused by laser microbeam and the energy density of focusing spot are described in this paper. The JWS-1 type laser microbeam instrument is used for the experiment. The least hole diameter caused by the laser microirradiation in the membrane of human red blood cell is equal to 0.8 μm and 1.5 μm with 100× and 40× microscop objectives respectively. In the Gaussian energy distribution of laser,the geometric relationship between the damage spot diameter of cell and the drilling diameter of cell and the waist diameter of laser microbeam is analysed and is discussed. It has been proved that the laser microbeam diameter can not be changed by means of deadening of laser energy through indifferent filter. But: drilling diameter≤damage spot diameter ≤laser microbeam waist diameter may be obtained.
