摘要
本文通过对私募债券发行现状及发债主体的研究,指出了其在市场发展中存在的问题,并提出相应建议。
According to the research on present situation and issuance of the SME Private Bond,this thesis puts forward the existing problems in the bonds’ development of the market and offers corresponding proposal.
