鞍山市委、市政府从站位更高、决心更大、目标更全、措施更实的角度,提出建设实力鞍山、素质鞍山、美丽鞍山、诚信鞍山和幸福鞍山(即"五个鞍山")的创建全国文明城市工作方案,体现了市委、市政府科学的执政理念、高度的政治智慧和勇敢的责任担当。"五个鞍山"建设中实力鞍山居于重要地位,是发展的主线,是实现鞍山人的"中国梦"的关键。本文探讨了实力鞍山的内涵、影响因素和提升鞍山经济实力的路径。

General Office of the Anshan Municipal People’s Government,from the perspective of higher level,more determinations,more targets,more effective measures,propounds a project planning which sets up a powerful Anshan、quality Anshan,beautiful Anshan,honest Anshan and happy Anshan( Five-Anshans) to establish civilized city in the PR China.Scientific conception,sapient political system and courageous responsibility of our government can be reflected through this project planning. In the 'Five-Anshans'project planning,'powerful Anshan'is in a important position,because it is a main line of developing and it is a linchpin to realize a Chinese dream of Anshan people.In this article,the writer discusses three key points which is the connotation and influential factors of powerful Anshan and the way of improving Anshan’s economic strength.
