摘要
本文从秘书收集信息的内容、形式、渠道和信息工作的程序与方法等方面入手,对现代秘书的信息管理工作进行分析,并对其岗位的信息工作基本素质作了具体的阐述,论证了作为机关、单位信息中枢的现代秘书,在信息管理工作中的重要地位。同时指出现代秘书应具备更高的信息管理能力,提出了现代秘书提高信息管理能力的原则和方法,以期能为现代秘书工作提供参考。
This article starts with the content of the secretary to collect information,forms,channels and the procedures and methods of information work,the information management of modern secretary job is analyzed,and the position and the specific description of the information work of basic quality,demonstrated as a modern secretary of the central state organs and units information,in the important position of information management.Also pointed out that modern secretary should have a higher ability of information management,puts forward the principles and methods of modern secretary improve the ability of information management,in order to provide reference for modern secretary job.
