城市规划环评中引入可持续发展理念是时代发展的必然要求。文章分析和探讨了可持续发展下的城市交通规划环评指标体系的内容、构建的原则、方法及主要内容,对广大环评工作者在实际操作过程中提供了可以借鉴的理论依据和参考。
