摘要
本文在实验室条件下,研究了自来水悬浮培养黑藻、河道底泥-河水悬浮培养黑藻以及河水-底泥扦插黑藻实验条件下,黑藻的生长繁殖状态,以期为河道内各种沉水植物群落的构建提供技术方案。实验结果显示:悬浮生长在河水黑藻长势要比自来水中的好,黑藻适应性强,能在富营养化的河道中生长;扦插河道底泥生长的黑藻较悬浮生长在河水中的黑藻枝条长度要长,且发芽发根率达到100%,说明黑藻主要从底泥中吸取营养物质,相比悬浮生长而言,更适合于扦插生长。
This paper studied the growth and propagation of Hydrilla verticillata which suspended in tap water,suspended in sediment-water,and cuttaged in sediment in the laboratory; hoping for provide technical proposal for structure submerged plant community.The results indicated that the growth of Hydrilla verticillata community in the water of Liwa river was better than that in tap water.Hydrilla verticillata was well adaptable to eutrophic water.The branches of Hydrilla verticillata community that cuttaged in sediment were longer than those of suspended in Liwa water,germination percentage reached to 100%.These Indicated that Hydrilla verticillata assimilated nutrition from sediments.Hydrilla verticillata was suitable for cutting the growth.
