摘要
目前,企业开展工资集体协商工作存在的三方面困境。要推动工资集体协商在我国企业普遍开展,需要从国家到企业相互配合,建立起工资集体协商的有力保障机制、有效运行机制和循环发展机制。
Presently,it is of great significance to establish the effective protection mechanism,operation mechanism and cycle development mechanism in order to improve the system of collective wage negotiations in the enterprise.
