摘要
上世纪70年代,电伴热作为一种创新技术开始在流程工业应用,但是面临传统蒸汽伴热的极大挑战。70年代末工业界开始求助标准化组织制定电伴热技术标准。1983年英国BSI 6351和IEEE515同年发布。之后IEC又发布了一系列伴热技术标准。电伴热技术标准让生产企业的产品质量保证有标准可依,让第三方测试机构能够依照标准进行权威性的测试和产品认证,从而让客户对电伴热技术的信心大大提高。事实证明,电伴热标准对于电伴热技术创新产品的产业应用和发展具有极大的推动作用。
In 70s of 20 Century,electric trace heating as an innovation started to be applied in process industry,but facing great challenge from traditional steam trace heating.By the end of 70s,industry people began to seek the help of standardization organizations for establishing electric trace heating standards.As a result,BSI 6351 and IEEE 515 were released in 1983.IEC also released a series of electric trace heating standards after that.Since that,manufacturers have got standards to ensure the quality of their products;third party testing bodies have had standards for their authority testing and certification;thereby users raised their confidence greatly for the use of electric trace heating.In proofing by facts,electric trace heating standards have played great role in promoting and accelerating the industrial applications and development of electric trace heating innovation.
