中小企业导入卓越绩效模式流程研究

世界经济下行压力加大,国内经济面临控通胀和保增长的两难选择,这使我国企业所面临的形势更加严峻。部分大型企业通过全面导入卓越绩效评价准则来提升经营质量,赢得竞争力并取得良好效果。中小企业由于自身先天条件不足,导入过程困难重重。本文通过对《卓越绩效评价准则》导入途径的研究,构建中小企业导入卓越绩效流程,为中小企业导入卓越绩效模式提供参考。

The global economy is walking downside with great pressure meanwhile our domestic economy is facing to a dilemma case between inflation controls and keeping economic growth.Hence the macro environment for domestic enterprises is getting worse.Some giant domestic enterprises use Criteria for performance excellence to improve the management quality and enhance the compatibility.However due to the deficiency of self conditions,small and medium sized enterprises feel much more difficult to import Criteria.Through comprehensive analysis,this article applies an importing process of Criteria for small and medium sized enterprises.
