摘要
本文基于对日、美和IAEA核设施质量保证法规标准现状的分析和比较,提出我国应以IAEA的50-S/SG-Q为参照蓝本,结合我国20多年来质量保证工作实践,对HAFOO3修订的建议。
Based on the comparison and analysis of the regulations and standards of quality assurance for nuclear installations between the Japan,the United States and IAEA,it is suggested that C hina should take 50-S/SG-Q as its orientation of amending of Code of Practice of Quality Assurance for Nuclear Power Plant Safety.
