标准的分类是标准类别的顶层设计,是标准体系规划的重要支持基础。本文论述了标准分类的意义,研究叙述了标准分类的属性,对技术标准、管理标准、工作标准进行了详细标准类别的分类,形成了3类标准的标准分类体系,研究给出了技术标准、管理标准、工作标准间的划分关系,提出了标准分类应用的关系。

Standards classification is the top design of standards categories and an important basic support of the standards system scheme.The paper indicates the significance and attributes of standards classification,carries out the standards classification of technological standards,management standards and operation standards,and forms three types of standards classification systems.The paper also provides the relations among technological standards,management standards and operation standards and puts forward the application relations of standards classification.
