摘要 结合美国和欧盟在X射线荧光光谱法检测玩具中铅的报告和标准方法,对X射线荧光光谱仪进行了分类剖析,列举能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪检测玩具中铅的优势,分析现阶段还存在的问题,结合理论和实践对问题逐一提出应对措施,为建立X射线荧光光谱法检测玩具中铅的标准方法提供正确方向和理论基础。 As the main equipment to monitor the clean space,the light-scattering airborne particle counter has been widely used and caught more attention on its capability.In recent years,many kinds of measurements of the airborne particle counter have been made,which brings troubles to the manufacturing corporations and measurement organizations.This paper introduces the domestic and international counter measurement standards,and focuses on the comparison and analysis of domestic standards JJF 1190 and GJB/J 5416.
