In December 2012,Standardization Administration of China officially released GB/T 29149-2012,Requirements for equipping and managing of measuring instruments of energy and resource in public institutions,to guide the energy resources measuring of public institutions. In order to make the potential users better understand the standard,the paper deeply interprets the standard GB/T 29149 in detail.
