从区域发展角度分析技术标准的社会效益

Social Benefits of Technical Standards from the View of Regional Development

目前,技术标准在企业的生产经营以及区域经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,同时也对区域的社会发展产生了显著的影响。本文对技术标准产生社会效益的原理进行探讨,从未来发展能力、环境安全卫生和社会福利三个角度,对技术标准实施的社会效益进行分析研究,建立评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法进行总体评价。

At present, technical standards play an increasingly important role not only in the production and management of enterprises, but also in the economic and social development of regions. From the perspectives of the regional future development ability, social welfare, and environmental safety, this paper studies the social benefits generated by technical standards and implementation through the establishment of evaluation index system and application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the overall evaluation.
