In this paper,we introduce the actuality of construction of public geographic information service platform simply,make a brief introduction on architecture of platform/classification and coding of urban geographic information/data finishing of public geographic information service platform,and we advance several key techniques that we should pay attention to some questions on building public geographic information service platform.
