数字城市地理空间框架支撑下的玉林市环境监测保护管理系统建设研究

Study on Construction of Digital City's Geographical Spatial Framework Supported Yulin Environment Monitoring and Protection Management System

数字城市地理空间框架建设自2006年正式启动以来,国家测绘地理信息局强力推进,最终目标是要建成全国统一的地理信息资源服务网。然而,数字城市地理空间框架作为一个先进的基础地理信息共享平台,如何让其为广大应用部门服务一直是急需解决的问题。玉林市自2009年正式立项以来,作为数字城市地理空间框架建设推广城市,一直把应用示范系统建设作为数字城市地理空间框架建设中的重中之重。本文通过研究如何在数字城市地理空间框架的支撑下建设玉林市环境监测保护管理系统,为其他数字城市地理空间框架在弱GIS部门中的应用提供了经验和实用方案。

The objective of digital city’s geographical spatial framework construction is to establish the integrated geographical information resource service.Since 2009,Yulin has become the promoting city as the digital city and this paper studies how to construct environment monitoring and protection management system to offer the experiences for its application in GIS department.
