Application Research of GIS on Land Ownership Boundaries in Three-Dimensional Space

河南省作为全国的农业大省,随着土地问题的日益严峻,土地争端也日益增多,彻底解决此类问题已是迫在眉睫。全国土地二次调查权属成果和河南省勘界成果为土地争端问题解决提供了基本依据,但不能为权属争端提供全面、快速反应机制。河南省土地权属界线3维空间信息系统的建设为解决土地权属界线纠纷等突发事件提供了有力的辅助决策依据,同时也大大提升河南省地籍日常管理工作的科技水平。

Henan is one of the largest agriculture provinces of the country.With land problems becoming more severe and land dispute increasing,it is imminent to solve the problems.The results of the second survey of national land ownership and the boundary results in Henan province provide the fundamental basis for land dispute settlements,but not to provide comprehensive,rapid reaction mechanism for ownership.The information system of land ownership boundaries in three-dimensional space provides a powerful auxiliary decision for settling disputes in land ownership boundaries,and also greatly enhances the scientific and technological level of daily management of cadastral of our province.
