人本主义教育思想对课程内容设计的影响及应用——以企业筹资课程内容设计为例

该文在人本主义教育思想指导下,提出课程内容设计方格理论,据此构建《企业筹资》主课程与从课程内容。其中主课程内容由教师担任主导角色在教学活动中实施,从课程内容以资源库形式由学习者自主学习实现,二者通过学习者的柔性学习共同完成教学目标。

This paper sets forth the pane theory of curricular content design in the light of the education thought humanism. According to the theory, the main curricular content and the minor curricular content of Enterprise Financing are established. The teacher dominates in teaching the main curricular content, while the minor content should be learnt autonomously by the students themselves. And the teaching target of these two parts will be achieved together through the learner's flexible study.
