Discussion on Selection and Setting of Map Projection in GIS

地图投影是建立地图数学基础的依据,纸质地图时代若没有明确地图投影就无法绘制,数字地图和GIS出现以后,依靠计算机强大的运算能力,可直接以经纬度作为坐标展绘地图,但由于忽视地图投影,现在的一些电子地图变形很大。本文通过对目前主流GIS平台的研究,分析其投影功能,为GIS项目选择适当的投影方案提供参考。

Map projection is the foundation for the map math establishment.With the development of digital map and GIS,the map can be drawn by longitude and latitude with the powerful calculation ability of the computer;however,some maps have serious distortion due to the ignorance of map projection.The paper studies GIS platform and analyses its projection function which helps the projection selection for GIS projects.
